Collection.synchronize_tables(how: Literal['inner', 'header', 'data'] = 'inner') → None

Synchronize the header and data tables in case of misalignment in the surveys present in both.

Parameters:

how (str, optional) – Method to synchronize the tables, the default is “inner”. Can be one of: - “inner” to keep only matching surveys in both tables - “header” produces the same result as “inner” but raises a warning for surveys which can’t be kept in the header because these do not occur in data. - “data” keeps all the surveys which are in the data table and constructs missing surveys in the header from available information in data. Header information which cannot be construcor will be missing (NaN) values.

Returns:

Operates on the Collection inplace.
