Collection

geost.concat(collections, *[, join])

Concatenate multiple Collection instances into one Collection instance.

DataFrame

geost.pandas_dataframe(*args, **kwargs)

Convenience function to create a pandas DataFrame that is compatible with the .gst accessor without explicitly having to import pandas.

Metadata BRO models

geost.bro.geotop_lithok_units()	Read the lithologic metadata of GeoTOP for easy selection and translation of lithologic units in GeoTOP model data.
geost.bro.geotop_strat_units()	Read the stratigraphic metadata of GeoTOP for easy selection and translation of stratigraphic units in GeoTOP model data.
geost.bro.regis_units()	Read the metadata of REGIS II for selection and translation of stratigraphic units in the model data.

Positional columns

geost.add_positional_columns(columns[, persist])	Provide additional positional columns for GeoST to get methods to work correctly with unknown names for positional columns.
geost.delete_user_positional_column_aliases([...])	Reset positional column aliases to the built-in defaults.
